Lactation Virtual Consults
When in person isn’t an option, Maternal Feed All can connect using our HIPAA compliant platform and work together on your goals.
Through conversation and using videos you provide to me, I work collaboratively with you to address your lactation and infant feeding challenges.
Virtual consults are ideal for prenatal consults, flange fittings and some follow up Consults.
Prenatal Consults
Available virtually and in our office. We help you prepare for breastfeeding so that you can be ready when your baby arrives. Come ready to engage and share, so that we can tailor your prenatal class to your individual goals, needs, and questions.
Lactation Follow up Visits
Some lactation issues can be worked through in 1 appointment. However, research shows us that clients who have 2 or more lactation visits increase likelihood for long term breastfeeding success. It is critical to see how your situation develops and changes as you work through the care plan at home.
We have significantly decreased the cost of Follow Up Visits to encourage our clients to schedule these visits for optimal lactation results.

Working with us means working on your individual goals, whatever those may be.
After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed care plan designed to help you and your baby work together towards the outcome you envision for your new family.
In person services include pre- and post-feed weights to check your baby’s milk transfer, a full oral examination, and evaluation of your positioning and the latch.
We’ve found that our clients who see us for 2 or more visits have optimal outcomes, as many issues cannot be resolved without tincture of time to see how your situation develops and changes as you work through the care plan at home.
Our office is located inside my home office in The Kiowa Valley area of Eagle Mountain, UT. Exact coordinates will be given once appointment has been made.
I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. This means I have experience in a wide variety of complex breastfeeding situations.
If you have any questions/concerns please contact me at 801.769.6191.
More details about the visit:
The IBCLC from Maternal Feed All will examine your breasts both visually and manually, examine your baby/babies both visually and manually (including an oral exam with a gloved finger), will observe you and your baby while feeding, will make clinical observations, will provide information on techniques and breastfeeding equipment, and will make recommendations towards helping you reach your breastfeeding goals.
It is important to understand that no outcome can be guaranteed.

How to Tell if my Insurance will Cover Breastfeeding Support with Maternal Feed All Before My Appointment:
Maternal Feed All is pleased to work with The Lactation Network to accept insurance! Click on Pre-Approval for Insurance before scheduling your appointment with us. Usually, our clients receive a response within 24 hours or less on a weekday. If it is over a weekend or holiday, responses may take more time.
If your insurance is out of network, we recommend that you contact your individual insurance company prior to your lactation appointment to see any rules they may have with lactation support and submitting the Superbill for reimbursement. You can tell them that our IBCLCs provide the following on each Superbill:
CBW’s EIN (employer identification number for tax reasons)
The IBCLCs NPI (National Provider Identity number, this will be specific to the IBCLC that you see)
The license number of the IBCLC
Applicable codes related to the information covered in your lactation appointment in regard to both you and your baby, as well as codes related to any equipment used.
Once you have the information from your insurance company, please pass that on to your IBCLC prior to the consultation so they can provide a Superbill specific to your needs. Maternal Feed All is working with The Lactation Network to provide insurance coverage for Lactation Visits. They provide our clients quick pre-approvals (usually 24 hours or less) with many insurance companies.
If the insurance is not in network that just means we cannot directly bill the insurance company for you. We can provide the information you need to receive reimbursement.
We will provide a Superbill for you to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement of our services.
We cannot guarantee full reimbursement, that is strictly dictated by your individual plan and insurance company as a whole. However, we can provide the information needed to hopefully have you receive full reimbursement.
While reimbursement is mandated for most plans under the Affordable Care Act, we cannot guarantee any outcome and will not submit an appeal.
We are happy to add to the Superbill one additional time if at first coverage is denied.
